Ringlock modular scaffold system for Malaysian sites
Modular scaffolding in Malaysia is built around the ringlock system. Each standard has a rosette with 8 holes every 500 mm. You connect ledgers and braces with a wedge pin, no bolts, hammer only. This makes erection and dismantling faster than traditional tube and fitting methods.
The modular scaffold system uses Q355 steel for standards and Q235 for ledgers and braces. Hot-dip galvanized finish is standard, giving a service life of 15 years or more. You can choose painted or powder coated options in red, orange, blue or yellow if your project requires it.
